Tree Stump Grinding is the process of removing the tree stump with a mechanical device known as a Stump Grinder. It does exactly what its name implies; it grinds the stump into small wood chips.

A tree stump is like an ice berg, what you see above ground is only the beginning. Most stumps are double the size beneath the ground surface.

We grind the stump as low as possible to prevent sinkage of the ground as what is left of the stump begins to decay. We try to grind all stumps approx. 10" to 12" below ground level or as the landscape allows.
